Heather Farlow
CEO/Director
Heather is a highly experienced healthcare executive with 20+ years of experience in practice management, operations, and organisational leadership. As CEO/Director, she oversees the strategic direction, growth, and day-to-day operations of the organisation, with a focus on innovation, quality patient care, workforce development, and research.
Recognised for her leadership and contributions to the sector, Heather has driven the growth of multiple healthcare services and received several industry awards. She is a passionate advocate for education, actively hosting and supporting the RACGP Registrar Training Program and facilitating medical student placements in partnership with several Sydney-based universities. She also established a scholarship program with NAS, with student artwork displayed throughout East Sydney Doctors.
As Director of Clinical Trials at East Sydney Doctors and Taylor Square Private Clinic, Heather leads the clinical trials teams to advance research and innovation in patient care. She has volunteered on numerous professional boards and committees, including over 10 years as an AAPM committee member, and serves as an accredited surveyor for QPA Accreditation.
