ANTENATAL SHARED CARE

If you are pregnant, Antenatal shared care with your GP at Bondi Road Doctors may be an option to consider. Share Care is becoming increasingly popular among women who have a low risk pregnancy.

"Share Care" GPs are doctors with additional training in women’s health and pregnancy. We work in collaboration with a team including midwifes and obstetricians at the Royal Women's Hospital in Randwick or King George V at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Camperdown.

The benefits of shared care with your GP include excellent continuity of care with your doctor, easier access to visits with your doctor.

We are also experienced in the area of fertility advice, and are happy to help you consider your options with pre conception counselling and testing and advice. At Bondi Road Doctors we welcome all prospective parents, female, male, single or same sex couples. We can help you with choices and advice around conception and assisted fertility options.

Once your baby arrives we are happy to help you with all your baby’s health needs and check-ups. Our Share Care GPs have a wealth of experience with children from babies through to teens.
